Someone had asked for pics of the lowering kit; here are a couple of shots of what it looks like installed. It was harder to torque the kmember down than to actually install the spacers. We had the car on jackstands, supported the kmember with a block of wood on a floor jack, took the old bolts out lowered it enough to push the spacers in and then used the new bolts from the kit, and torqued them down.

Had to take the blower back off for some more work, this what the coils look like on the engine.

Had the exhaust in the car and had to remove it for fitment issues, it was hitting the driveshaft, and to install the new Spohn adjustable torque arm, LCA's, and panhard bar; grabbed a couple of quick shots under the car before calling it quits for now.

Next is cutting the exhaust and re-fitting it, then the car goes back on the ground for suspension adjustments, and the rest of the install. The pile of parts in the back of the car is getting smaller and smaller, I'm almost done.

Good progress on the project man. Quick question, I have the same torque arm that you do, when you installed it, did you have the car on the ground or on jackstands, because I remember we had the tires on concrete blocks so that the suspension is settled when putting the TA in. Also, did you spring for the longer bolts that attach the TA to the rear end? If you didn't, I'd highly recommend that because the stock bolts that hold the stock TA in place are a tad bit too short for my taste.

I had the car on jackstands supporting the rearend by the shock mounts so it was hung at ride height, and yes I did get the new bolts for the TA.

Got my blower back today after having to get some small things taken care of. Gonna try to get it bolted down tonight, then it's only some quick exhaust work, putting the radiator area back together, routing some hoses, and getting it tuned. Got a local dyno shop here to help with that. Then it's time for the tire frying good times.

What was wrong with the blower? Where did you send it?

Can you get them ported like the eatons on the Cobras?

It was a minor detail that had to be fixed, it went back to Magnuson.

It might be a possibility, but that's beyond what I want to attempt to do.

These blowers have already all the area ported needed. This question is pretty common on the Corvette Forum. The C5 or C6 Magnachargers do not need porting. If you do it will not net you much if any gains from what I have found.
