Don't you think the stock rails are an issue here?

This thing is some injectors and rails away from 1000rwhp. If it were my car I'd try and take care of that and hit that dyno again and tune it out right before I went to the track. That's a lot of hp left out on the table not to mention a lot of money in the motor to take to the track with a leaned out fuel system.

It is a 347 and auto... The shortblock is pretty much my basic 347 deal ... However I do not recommend a stock crank being used at this power... A stock stroke Callies would be the best..

Good luck, and hope the fuel pressure holds for you now. I think you might be running out of volume in the rails when your boosting.

It can't help any that's for sure. They are cheap enough to just get em for a piece of mind IMO.

so whats the deal here? this seems like the simplest 1000rwhp car so far? there doesn't seem like to many exotic parts, correct me if im wrong. thats a easy 1000 as it sits with a M6. this car makes me motivated to finish mine haha. i wonder if the same power could be acived with a F1C?

Holy crap, if you are getting that much out of a medium cam 347, then I know I could hit over 1000whp with my setup.

I assume they are locking the converter, if they are the numbers are very close to an M6.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck on the way to Norwalk, was looking forward to see how it ran.

here's my thoughts... starting off with a Magnafuel full system. #12 out to the pump and #8 return. Aeromotive rails feeding 96's. seen too many people burning up parts and idle issues with non return systems. the first engine repair would cost way more than what i've got in this system.

i'm running a F1C with about the same internals... we'll see what it makes for power. gonna start off easy and then go to E85 and crank it up!
