oil pump $ 200.00
Wastegaete $ 250.00 (tial 38 mm)
braided oil line $ 100.00 (-3 or 4) for supply
braided oil line $ 140.00 (-6 or 8 ) for return
garrett to4e or similar $ 650.00
flanges for t3 or t4 and wategate $ 25.00
intake tube might be $ 100
t bolt clamps are $ 4 per add that up times the 16 that im useing remeber there are two at every conection.
silicone conections $5 to 10 a per unit and elbows are around $20 per. I used 4 srtaight , 3 90* and 2 45*
this is all just offf the top of my head as I just did a homemade kit on my cousins vr6 jetta. these prices dont include the 300 in extra parts I used but didnt fit or didnt work, was it worth it, yes;
however i have acess to a lot of expensive equipmet that made my labor easier. I still had aton of lesson that you would never expect. heres a couple:
I didnt not use steel braied line just rubber fuel line the fuel line burst and sprayed oil under everything.ouch
i didnt use a restirctor in the supply line and the pump could not retun enough oil to the motor , blew 3 quarts of oil out the turbine.
finding a quiet spot for the oil pump has been mind blowing.
If you think for a second you will not have problems ask every one who has done a diy turbo and they will tell you the same thing I did. not impossible but be prepared. the only reson I did a home biult on my cuosin car is there was not a cheap kit availble. the sts kits are on sale for 3500 add the time and money and they are not making a bunch of money of there kits. not a bad choice.
