Default I will miss you all!!! please read

Well last night on my way home I was hit by a drunk driver going 70 mph. It was a hit and run DUI. he did not stop and rammed me hard and took off and hit a pool a mile down the street. As far as i know he has no insurence and is in jail.I was in the hospital all night and i am in sever pain. I was heading home making a left hand turn when he popped on to on coming traffic and T-boned me . im soo sad and depressed. 3 years of hard work gone. first it was the women now its this.
Sorry Guys I wish this would have never happen. please be safe and watch your surroundings. I plan to store my car to maybe one day have something like it again.God bless
P.S the lady is my mom crying

Oh my goodness. Thank God for that roll cage huh? Those stupid bastards drinking and driving...they never consider who else they may affect. Hopefully he goes to jail for a long time!

looks like that cage did its job. your bumper should of probably been in the back seat the way the car looks. that roll cage may have saved your life.

Im glad youre ok. after every accident ive been in ive always replayed what happened in my mind a bunch of times.

At least youre ok. Buy a v6 f body and transfer everything over! Look at it this way. Its a fresh start.

Can you tell us how the cage worked? Did you hit your head on any of the bars?

Im really sorry to hear and see that man, and it wasnt the roll cage, it was God...Remember that, because if he wanted you gone--you would be. I hope you will make a full recovery and in time, get a chance to come back bigger and better!

thanks man you are right!

as far as the cage goes, it didnt bend at all. i dont think i hit my head on the bars at all. it worked great! but i got a huuuuuuuuge bruise from the economy kirkey seat side arms. but if it wasn't for that seat i would have been all over the place. my sub flew 50 feet out of the car!

Sorry to see, bodies are cheap, pick up a roller and swap everythiing in.

That roll bar didnt do much, nice to think so but you are lucky it didnt hurt you. Fortunately these are modern cars with modern crush zones and it looks like if anyone saved your life it was GM. Believe it or not the crash ratings on these cars were pretty high, they got a bad rep in the insurance industry because too many teenagers tested those crash ratigs

Sucks but what can you do, hard to have anything nice on the street these days, if someoneone doesnt key it or steal it some drunk SOB plows into it
