Reverse fan shroud for turbo
Im learning with this turbo setup its somthing new every day..
Im wondering if instead of the fans sitting on the back side of the radiator could i put them in front of the radiator and just face them the right way??
i mean if the fan is blowing on the radiator then, shouldnt it still cool properly??
**also, i dont know the name of it, but the plug in that usually goes in the lid to measure air coming in, where are you guys re routing that? are u putting that in the pipe coming into the tb??

the stock fans with the shroud on them would prohibit airflow when just cruising and also when the fans arnt running. I would want a fan that didnt have a shroud on it if its a pusher.
also the IAT sensor your talking about, yes just mount it in the intake tube before the TB.

Do you have any suggestions on how to make room, or maybe another radiator i could use to fit in the frame and the front?

A reverse fan shroud should be avoided at all costs. The reason you want a shroud on the engine side is simple. Air Reversion! Meaning that the hot air bouncing off the motor will simply radiate heat back on to the radiator. The shroud prevents this from happening. I read some studies on shroud design and they all make note of keeping the shroud on the engine side.
