500rwhp? what kind of turbo again? Youll need to run at least 7-8psi to get close. Do you have a FMIC?

i have heads/cam already.

New plan though, i am putting in new heads and a new cam.

Just purchased 6.0L heads and a Z06 cam.

got the exhaust welded up so basically im running without mufflers and it sounds like ****...

That's what I would have done for a good, simple, and efficient build.

I kinda liked it when I ran no muffler before the STS. Nothing spectacular but not gross like I expected.

haha im picking up my car tomarow, i was looking at it today and all they have done so far is hacked off the muffler.. dunno why its taking 3 days but whatever. the drive home will be with no muffler

no problem with that. I went a whole year with no muffler. gas mileage went down a little though. I averaged 26 with A/C on the highway instead of 28-29 with catback/lid
