Any chance you could write up your FMIC mesh and foglight install? That looks just perfect!

Honestly, it looks like your car jumped on a f'n rocket a few car lengths before the 1/8 mi and started to fly!

Your setup is definitely a winner!
Thanks man,
I think the rocket affect was because I didn't actually go wot until about 2 seconds before the 1/8 and then you really feel that power kick in. I'm not even sure if I made it into full boost, no time to look, I was consentrating on the rev limiter. I really think the second half of the 1/4 is going to be my strong point with the right gears. I'm already in the process of setting up the gear swap so hopefully we can go back soon. I'm going to try and get the vid uploaded tonight. You can really see how the power kicks in when I pass that guy that ran the 10.6.

Thanks, the lights are easy, velcro lol. The mesh in the nostrels is just cut using the original grill as an outline. Then the little corner pieces that came with the bgra hold them in place. The mesh cover took a little more. First cut the original cover with about 3/4" border. Then the mesh is from home depot, it's metal I think for flooring but it has a chrome looking finish. Not sure how long it will last but it works for now. Just cut it to fit tight and then it will actually bend to fit in the plate cover. Hard to explain but it wedged in there perfectly. Then I caulked the edge/corner on the inside to make sure it stays. Then the bird is a polished stainless steal piece I got off ebay, $75 kind of expensive but I know it wont crack like the mirror one I had on before the mesh. I put the new mesh filler plate on top of the piece I cut out to line up the bird. Then I used the adhesive that comes on the new ss bird to hold it on the mesh. Once happy with the position, I flipped it over and caulked each piece as well. It's held so far and it's been up to 105mph so I think it worked.

The video cometh.

It's poor quality but you can see the fly by on a 10.6 second car.

This front end answers the question, "can I keep my foglights with my FMIC?"

Not exactly, they are for looks only. There was no way to have enough room for the connections in back or the fogs would be sticking out of the bumper a couple inches. I didn't like how it looked with nothing so I took everything off the fogs except the lense and just velcroed the back directly to the intercooler. It looks better but they have no function.

I think that Bob posted at one point saying that he had a customer keep the fog lights. I got the impression from his post that they worked. Bob?

You could have room, it just depends on how far back you mount the intercooler. My fog lights where not my top concern when getting it mounted.

still researching fuel systems eh? I did that for a while and went with A1000 and sumped my factory tank with all new -10an feed line with all new -8an return and a aeromotive FPR and custom billet rails and 60lb injectors it is good to 750 rwhp. The limiting factor is the A1000 which can't pump more than 750 rwhp FI. Parts cost 1100 dollars. This is the best fuel system for the money. I could have gone dual intake pumps with the nice PNP racetronix harness and the nasty kit, but I saved a little money in parts and labor going with the A1000. I know the pump is known to be loud, however I cannot hear mine my ****** motor is so loud.

Stock truck heads, lq4 heads to be exact. The cam is a F14 with 112lsa, not your typical blower cam.

CR, I'm not sure I know what that is. The specs on the F14 are 232/234 .598/.598 112lsa.
