Heads lifting under boost: avoid?
I was probably going to go with some ported L92 or dart heads to save a bit of cash...

When your lifting heads I don't think it matters if your using copper and oring. I wouldn't do it again, when your lifting heads your just screwed!
You wouldnt do what again?
I think I lifted the heads on both sides, it blew around the gasket at the bottom near the spark plug, but not at the top or between cylinders. I tried using the SCE ringless copper gaskets. I'm not sure if it was the gasket or timing. I know it wasn't fuel.
How much timing are you at with pump gas? I'm at 19degrees up top.
Generally speaking decreasing the timing will be safter but will run hotter correct?
