depending on what gear I am in approximately 3500 rpms

WIth Chris's setup I expect full boost by 3300 or so.

I am running my custom NA comp grind 222/224 .581/ 114 with 9.8:1 compression and tubular manifolds. The turbo spools super fast it is definitly not a problem. It is hard enough to drive the car and stay out of boost, but I can do it and conserve gas. He is gonna love that turbo. The 3300 rpms is probibly a very accurate guess since his motor is slightly larger than mine.

why is that ? he speaks the truth, check S-10 forum seem's to be you have an on going problem with this Tj, as well as not being able to return phone call's.

Went up to check on her last night as we were able to take her out for a couple runs. Boost comes on so fricken fast, it's awesome. Hope to have some vid here before too long.
