370 unless you want over 750 rwhp on pump. With race gas the 370 will take you to 1000 rwhp. The 408 will get you 800 rwhp on pump and 1100 on race gas or more. That should answer your question since this is all about power levels. The two motors will require different sized turbos also keep that in mind, but the price difference between the turbos is pretty minimal.

before I commit to buying, I'd like to know how the Eagle cranks are holding up. I am looking at ordering an Eagle crank and Eagle rods this week, and run Diamond pistons.... ARP studs and steel main caps.

well, after findin out my turbo is going to be quite a bit too small, look like Im going to just go with 4.068/4.100 427 build and throw a wet shot on that. I talked to SDCP about their Manley pistons to keep down the oil consumption, I have L92 heads and intake on the way and sent my FAST XFI back in excgange for an Eagle crank and Eagle H Beam rods. Just have to order the pistons.
