Default Opinions on 427 iron block

I can do 370,408,or mabye 427 not really too worried about the prices seem about a grand between each one. Is the 427 iron block and ok choice for my forced induction setup. Is the 427 too thin to be a good forced induction choice?

I really don't like the 4.060 bore on an iron block. Just stick with something in the 4.03 range and run a 4.1+ crank if you want. Granted it will move the pin further up, reduce the ringland space, and make the crown thinner.

are you talking about a L9 block or something like the new LSX block? the new block I would go even bigger, but on the truck block if you want to leave the stroke about 4.00 then I think the walls will be pretty thin....I like your thinking 427 sounds cool.....
