Default Gen-TT Truck Twin Turbo Kit

Who's interested in a Gen-TT Truck Twin Turbo Kit?

How would turbos be best placed, underhood or similar to F-body kit?

What turbo size would be good for torque down low?

Twins won't go that big as T76.

Twin GT37's or T60's turbos maybe.

Our twin kits are all about BIG TORQUE
We have done them for the Aussie trucks and they are a decent hard running thing

High in the engine bay I would consider in the trucks, there is plenty of room from our initial engineering evaluation

Got my eye on an 05 Silverado 5.3 litre. Is this the right choice?

Not bad at all.

I believe most of the trucks have the electric fans now I don't know what the 05 has (I think it is electric.) although it isn't a big deal as they are cheap enough to buy and install if they are needed JMO.

Electric fans will give more room for the turbos but as said swapping to electric fans is easy.

Heres a couple of photos of an Aussie truck with one of our kits in place that belongs to the owner of a famous Texas/Aussie clutch manufacturer. Its known as a Holden Cross8 and is a 4 x 4 LS1. With our kit and everything else stock it ran a 12 second pass at 115mph
With only a couple of minor changes this will go onto your trucks

All you can see from the outside is the shiny front mount intercooler. Believe it or not this vehicle does most of its work towing Australias fastest supercharged LS1 around the country to drag meets....oh the irony of it!

As you can see everything under the bonnet is a nice, neat and professional fit that you can carry out on a DIY basis

I believe most trucks switched to electric fans in 04. Mine is an 03 with a clutch fan, but I bought a set of 04 efans on ebay cheap. It'll definately add quite a bit more room to work with.

Martin,

Is the project truck RH or LH drive? It will make a difference with US trucks since the steering stuff will be LH.

All our engineering is based on LHD these days, so no problem there
