Well I have been told alot more than once that I would gain nicely if I changed my cam in my 408 single turbo ta. I have just over 9 to 1 CR, afr heads, T80 gts turbo with 14psi etc etc. Its an auto and a daily driver so still want a cam thats streetable. I am currently running a comp 224,224, 581 581, 114 lobe sep.

I say get one like mine. My 224/236-114 works great. You can't go up much on the intake duration because the T80GTS won't support much rpm in that 408. Adding exhaust duration won't change the rpm range much, but it will make more power throughout the current range. You could also consider a 224/230-114.
Of course, this is a simplified explanation...

Yeah I know its not the LPE website but they sell there stuff. Thats weird LPE and 21century dont have the same cams for sell. But the GT11 cam doesnt need any flycutting on the pistons?
