My buddy just added a Procharger to his H/C/I LS1.
He was at about 10.2:1 CR, and we added 7psi to that.
On motor, it made 445rwhp, on boost we saw 580rwhp, with more to come with bigger injectors.
Do it!

depends on what kind of cam it is though, if its a positive overlap you may not see much boost.

10.9/1 on this LS2.
Your cam will work, it will just bleed off a little boost. With your heads and cam I'd shoot for 6 psi of boost on an unforged bottom end with your heads and cam. Bob

John you would be ok on low boost the problem is when you want higher boost for a built motor your gunna max out the turbo/sc and your gunna end up buying another one if your fine with that then go for it if you want to save some money wait till you build a motor.

I'm seriously considering it in the next couple of months.Low boost on what I have.Depending what parts and labor will cost.I really only want to be around 500rwhp.Most likely I'll get more, even on low boost.Thats plenty for a street car.You do tune turbo cars too right?

Isn't this cam usually one of the ones recommended for boost anyway?

No. I wouldent think so. It may be the one they have on a 114 lobe seperation. They both work but apparently you bleed of some boost with the 112, but I have never seen how much power you would loose between the two cams. This would be interesting to know though.
