Procharged sbc (carbed) in an fbody?

Procharged sbc (carbed) in an fbody?

Has anyone done this kind of set up in a 98 + f body? I searched and nothing came up.... Not sure if you could run a carbed sbc becasue of the cowl being in the way but you may have enough clearance not sure? Opinions?

If I remember correct from posts in the Internal Gen III section, using the Vic or GM carb intakes with a carb does require a fair amount of modification to the cowl to get everything to fit. I would also think that some serious custom fab work would have to be done to a hood to clearance the intake plumbing for the S/C. I am pretty sure there is not an aftermarket hood out there that would work.

They have intakes so you can turn your LS1 into a carb engine. But like he said you are going to have to do some work to that hood to make it all work.
