D1SC Low boost application..
My question is how do y'all think the D1SC will operate at such low boost (although on an LS7)? Would I lose enough efficiency that I am better of just sticking with the P1SC-1?
My understanding is the the D1SC is very inefficient at low boost levels? Anyone disagree?
D1SC would spin at 45,000 RPM.

Do you have your P1 pullied so that it hits max rpm ever?
Just in case you need to figure it out, here's the blower rpm equation:
Lower pulley diameter X max engine rpm X blower internal gear

Got it. Thanks. I am pretty sure nose over is because of head unit.
I could only ever get 7.2# out of my S-trim Vortech on a FMIC 383, and I know it was hitting max rpm for the blower at around 6250, which is exactly where my power nosed over.

There is still 10,000 RPMs on tap but I think I am still out of efficiency with it. I am well over the CFM the unit is advertised for. Thanks for the input.
