Default Broke alternator with a D1

I slapped on the 8 rib 3.6" pulley and new belt and took her for a test drive. I completely dethreaded the alternator bolt. Is that from the new power level or just that the bolt was 8 years old?

How tight can you crank down the belt before you start messing up your accessories? I have the 8 rib and I'm getting belt slip at 5K rpms. It makes up to 11.5# then falls off to 9# with the new pulley.

Maybe it's time for the F1...
