Who's gaskets? Cometic? I see they are for the new added head bolts also. Looks good I can read the part number just fine 26473L LOL! Little info on them would be nice other than they are for the new heads.

greg (fel pro) says they should be better than their 4 bolt gaskets for head lifting situations. i dont really have any other info. they got more layers i can tell.

It has a extra layer welded in that helps with head deflection. That gasket should hold better than anything else out there, but we all know you will keep adding boost until it pops........lol

some people have to get to work on monday; and that just might be a tad more than i can get done in a weekend.

this motor has been together since nov 05; and because that is a personal record for me I dont want to take it out of the car until it REALLY needs to come out like kurt said.

What happens to the gasket if you take it out of the bag early? Does it go stale? They are in a zip loc bag... maybe i should put them in the refrigerator now?

I still use copper alot on high hp stuff, but I have high hopes for the new Fel Pro part that David has. I can't wait to see what happens with 6 bolt/Fel Pro and high power.

I thought he already had a turbo cylone...still not a beater car though? I guess its just a personal choice not to go with o rings for David.
