Re: Hotcam with Blower? The hot cam for your application isnt the best choice for a blower cam b/c of all the overlap that cam generates. Basically your going to be blowing all your expensive boost out the exaust. You need to get something on a 114lsa or higher inorder to take full advantage of your blower.

Re: Hotcam with Blower? Hi, Im running the hot cam and a ATI blower. I did what you are thinking of, I wanted the hot cam becouse of its sound(so nasty sounding)price and that it was not to crazy. Im very pleased with my results of 500rwhp and 440rwtq but it depends on your goals also. I thought that that would be enough and now want more, the cam is now holding me back, like mean lt1 said it will loose pressure due to its 112. Im seeing 9lb with a 12lb pulley due to the cam. If you are looking for a nasty souding cam to add to your blower whistle and would be happy with the power levels I mentioned, then I say its a great choice. If your looking to get more performace and plan to keep building then seek a more suitible cam for FI needs. As far as the hot cams performance while NA, they are sweet. I had all bolt ons and 373 gears and with no tune(another reason for the cam) it made a seat of the paints diff. I hope I helped some. Email me if you have any more questions. Thanks Ryan
