You will notice a HUGE difference with the cats off....... You dont need a Ypipe.. Just have the exhaust shop (If you can find one, bring cash) to take the cats off and weld up some piping in its place.... That will save you 120 bucks for the ypipe!!!

Our front mount intercooler kit can easily be adapted for the STS kits, which is basically what we ended up doing for this Camaro SS that we installed an STS kit on.

I would go with a 2.5" replacement SLP ypipe because you can just wrap it from the get-go and it is all sealed up and ready, no need to have a shop cut the cats.
if not, then be careful when removing the cats. Make sure the shop goes through and cleans the inside of the exhaust after making the cuts. Any metal left behind will get sucked into the turbo so they need to use a nice magnet and clean the debris. TR-6s are good to run as well gapped at .030

do you have a boost gauge? does it ever show boost? it sounds like there is a leak somewhere, or else you would at least be seeing boost. is your IAT sensor plugged in??

155 is still high. was that with a FMIC? What does the graph look like? How are you monitoring boost? Wideband on the car? AFR?
Currently it could be a lot of things. You need to give us more details on the car. What injectors/pump, guages, details on the tune, ect.
When you said "leaks fixed" how did you determine that they were actually fixed? Did you do a leak test with a guage, or does it just "sound" like they're fixed? I wouldn't be surprised if your boost is falling off due to leaks. Did you ever actually see 7psi?
Also, how many miles on the car? Small chance its valve float

FMIC is not the way to go, proper sized injectors, adequate fuel pressure at max flow (ie 255 in tank pump or better) and proper tuning is.

plugs are autolite 103's gapped at 35, injectors are out of a grand prix gtp, i belive there 36.5's. stock fuel pump. when i look at my dyno graph horsepower and tourqe are climbing hard till around 4500 and then they both fall on there face! also when looking at my maf line its all over the place. tuner said that maf goes up to 104, and then goes down to 103 and stays there the rest of the pull, he said its like it just wont push anymore air, like its hitting a wall.... anyway this SUCKS! any suggestions..?
thanks in advance

You are using injectors from a supercharged V6?? I've never heard of that. Not saying it wouldn't work, but I've never seen it. Why not use 42 #er's at the least? Also, a stock fuel pump scares me a bit.
Do you know what the fuel pressure is at WOT? I wouldn't be surprised if your pump is cutting out on you.

Im working with this guy!
Were going with a Tune first! and Were trying to get this ar housing swapped out for a .81
This tune was running 9* of timing, and a 13.1~4 a/f rato...... Playing with danger.... I guarentee he will see the #'s hes looking for once he gets this tune uploaded!
