Default Not everyday you see one of these!

A guy down the street just got this. I never thought I would see one in person, let alone have a neighbor who owns one!

For those who might not know(doubtful on here), This is the Commemorative Edition 427 Twin Turbo Lingenfelter. Only 25 are being made and if I heard him correctly while I was drueling he said it was #10 of 25.
Details can be seen here DETAILS CLICK HERE

They're nice, but in the 0-200 mph shoot-out in R & T, the 427TT Lingenfelter had out there fell apart.

Badass car nontheless... Rare, too.

Imagine how awesome you could build a C6 if you spent $87k on top of the car... It would be WAY better than that... It's an awesome car regardless...

No i know, I was just saying that close to $150k is kinda steep... that's one hell of an expensive warranty... =) I would drive the hell out of it though...

The Lingenfelter that 'fell apart' splattered it's IRS all over the place.... I don't remember much else being a problem with that car. That car is beautiful

^ Indeed. It had minor problems, but major enough to withdraw from the competition, even with some Lingenfelter techs and the car's private owner there.

However, IIRC, I'm pretty sure they also had a problem with oil spraying/being lost somewhere.

Momma said if you don't have anything nice to say then... but... what's the big deal? You guys are over nothing. It's a C6 with an ugly *** hood on it and a ricer front spoiler- oh, and a HUGE windshield banner in case you forget who built the car. I'll take a black C6 ZO6 with the badass fender flares and subtle hood with an APS TT kit for under $100k please.

They had to rush to make the event and were still running a bone stock rear-end, which blew.
