You should be able to keep it. I do not have it but really you just move the wire up over the blower is all.
My rings were toast in my bottom end and it is now getting taken care of. We are boring it out .005 and having forged pistons (Mahle -4cc) put in since its apart as well as new rings etc. This all should be done by weeks end I hope.

I am not blamming the Nitrous or the previous owner, just one of those things. Rather it go now while we are still working out the bugs. I think the issue is a collective of several different things. But I am sure the Nitrous did not help lol, or my boost **** happens just too often to me. Now I may just end up runnign a little nitrous myself to help cool the charge
