They will check with a tester so in my mind, dont even buy the Sims, just get it tuned outta ur car, u can delete those off ur car completely.

The only tester they use is the one that hooks to the OBD port to check for codes. Either 02 sims or deleting them will accomplish the same thing. Like i said before..as long as its not throwing any codes for the cats, it will pass. Also, if theres more than like 2 unset readiness codes..it wont run the inspection either.
