Chasing a few leaks right now.

How are cars like the Speed Inc. shop car plumbing braided line for the vacuum lines?

John im using -4an line with NPT fittings to AN fittings.... works just fine... got rid of all the rubber hoses because we kept having problems with them coming off.

I think that is the point @ which fixing even small things on the car become a very costly endeavor.

Awesome runs though, looks like the car is going to be a killer at memphis!

Tapped into where, and also any links to the push-on fittings or whatever they are using? My buddy was thinking -3 line.

My car has boost leak/issue somewhere, might be on the cold side somewhere. It's making very little boost, and while I have an exhaust leak at the passenger mani where it bolts to the uppipe, Kurt was saying on the phone that that would not account for the minimal boost the car is making now.

We'll get there.

This is some 6mm hose stuff I use on wastegates. It needs to be routed properly, but it has very low weight.
I buy it from McMaster carr

Sweet McMaster Carr is local to me and easy to work with, thanks every and thanks Intmd8 for the help in pms. I also want to think FANTAZ28 for all the help, it's been very hard for me to get out to track and he's helped me get the most from the track visits, from comparing his experiences to mine to troubleshooting and staying focused at the track.

I'm hoping to put aside all of Sunday to work on the car, hopefully nothing is broken though I can hopefully test the wg and make sure it's not stuck open.

I'm supprised people are having problems with standard rubber hose and barb fittings(look just like the push lock fittings but with npt threads on the other end and not a an fitting). I almost always use barb fittings and put one zip tie on the hose. I've never had an issue with them coming off. I've ran 35+ psi on some of the imports we've built and no lines ever came off.
