Vortech SQ trim users inside please Are any of you guys pushing over 500 rwhp? I am interested to see if any of you guys are doing it with stock heads and cam.
I know you guys with prochargers and maggies put out some great numbers but I don't have either one so I am only looking for folks who have run or are running an SQ trim.

I put down 501rwhp with my 383 SBC with a V-2 SQ S-trim and large FMIC. Sorry it doesn't directly apply to yours, but it's a data point. That was with only 7.2# of boost, pump 91, on the 3rd run of a 3-run dyno session. It was late and I didn't even shut off my motor between runs. This is through a 4L80E, locked up converter.
Now I have a V-2 SQ T-trim, have upgraded my belt drive and pulley wrap, and am getting 10.85# of boost at 6200, with very conservative timing (initial tune). I am in the process of adding an alky kit from FJO Racing. Once that's in I'm going to start adding back some advance. New dyno runs scheduled for next Tuesday on the same dyno. I'm hoping for the big 600!
If I have time, I'm going to hook up one stage of my dual NOS Cheater kit with a 100shot.

i have a polished vortech v9 with aftercooler that is for sale i made 425rwhp on only 6#s of boost and a stock motor through a slipping trans stock converter, cats, 18's and pump gas also this was at 5800 ft of elevation in CO. it is a great kit almost brand new $5500 this kit sells for $7000 through vortech pm me
