Default finally getting the hang of driving my car

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mOWZIU6oFV8

i dont drive it enough as it is at the track. i dont street race so i have find the correct balance just yet. from having no traction to having too much lol. towards the end ive got it to launching at 4500 off the 2-step but i think i need to bring it up alil more to 4900 or so. once i can get the launch down ill move onto shifting at the right points and blah blah.. just happy im actually getting out there and want to share... my best 1/8th is a 7.61 @ 97.33mph. 60' 1.93 prior to this was ............ 60' 1.98 , 7.97 @96.89 1/4 11.99 @125.62
now if only it wasnt so windy and they left it as a 1/4 track. i missed 4th trying to keep car straight on the first run. then they agreed its too windy at the end.

yeah it was pretty loose going down the track, i see now why i should get skinnies up front. plus the head wind was so bad. i was trying to steer straight that i went to 4th and f'in went to second. so far its holing up as i was able to run a few more runs. but in the return lane i couldnt get it into any gear at first. so ill prolly get the trans rebuilt for the hell of it in the winter

Not trying to knock you at all cause everyone has to start somewhere but wouldnt you rather get the most out of what you have before you start putting more boost to it? That car should run 10's easy with the power you have. I understand that you always want more power though.

yeah im jst too lazy to measure out the specs for sjm. but it seems as they are really my best bet for 17" skinnies. then later ill prolly jump on some for the rear when i have to get new rubber for the rears.
