Boost and lifting heads!?!?!?
I know there are a ton of factors that cause the heads to lift and boost psi to be different... But I am curious if there is any point where you know its just too much boost?
I will be running twin GT42R turbos on my built 408 with ETP240cc heads... I upgraded to the L19 studs, but I am curious if I will experience or when I might encouter a problem in lifting the heads... I have no clue how much power the car will make through a th400 and moser 9" in my 04 GTO, but I would imagine 1100-1200rwhp is certainly not out of the question at all!

It just depend's on when you get tired of adding water to the system, when it is to much boost. People on here run 26 or more psi and push water and they just re-add the water and make another pass. There is no doubt in my mind that you will push water at that hp range. As far as when it will push water depend's on how often you race the car.
