Dr. Turbo or Jose, do you know anything about Lynch's new 90mm twins that he got from precision? I guess they are billett impellers..Anyway, he went 231 with them so they must be ok...I think they are still based off the GT55-91 but they also are ball bearing now too i guess.. Seems that precision is doing quite a bit of R&D also.

Garrett is doing alot now direct. Also their is a new 106mm GT series version coming direct from Garrett as well and will be packaged fairly compact. Look for new stuff coming soon.

The minimum size would still be the size of a GT47/GT55. But they are somewhat smaller then a full on T106 currently.

Small update: Went to the track Saturday but couldn't get a single decent pass in. Once a little boost was being made it would cut out terribly. Narrowed it down to fueling. Just discovered there is a bug in HP Tuners 3Bar OS that is causing this. Working with HPT for the fix. I'll try again this Saturday. Initial spool up seems quick with this unit so far.

Yeah the S88 spools like a raped ape even for its size. With the race cover it really lets the wheel breathe without creating to much rotating resistance.

I know about bad shipping of turbos.

This is how I got mine today. I bought it off of fleabay and the guy sucked *** at packing it. I think I win the shitty packaging war.

Inside:

I'm glad to see this got resolved. I'd be all over a S91 if I had the money for it, but this is a budget project. Free engine + $100 ebay turbo = cheap.

Oh we noticed the difference because it took a feat of strength to get my 3" coupler over the new 3.5" compressor outlet!

I did some business with a Turbo company a while back getting some repairs done, when they shipped my turbo back, they wrapped the turbo in plastic then filled the box with that expandable foam, like Great Stuff or something like that. Best turbo packing job I've ever seen!!!!!

So is the customer service issue resolved, because if so, I'd like to hear that and I'd like the poster to start a new thread.
