Who makes boost enrichment and timing retard devices?

Who makes boost enrichment and timing retard devices? I was thinking about throwing a turbo on my old gmc farm truck. I have somewhat of an idea of what i need to do and i really don't care if it blows up.
Is there somebody who makes a device that will inject more fuel in the intake system and retard the ignition timing when the boost comes on?
