I'm not whining. 2 weeks is a relatively short time in the world of FI and believe I know. We've been working on this project for a while now. I was merely curious how others have responded to warranty work from them, that's all. I'm confident it will get done, just not sure when.

I would be happy to help. Can you by any chance ask the member to email me his turbo serial number ( admin@turboneticsownersclub.com ) I am out of town on a business trip but actually not doing much so I have some time to get this over to the powers that be. Also do you know who he purchased the unit from. All of the info would help. Once I have it I'll shoot it to the Customer Service Manager.
