Default Turbonetics...customer service.

It has been 2 weeks since my TC76 gernaded and still...Turbonetics has not given my guy the RETURN AUTHORIZATION# to get the warranty work done. I'm on ther verge of getting very fustrated.

Has anybody else had problems?

Hawk,

I'm not whining. 2 weeks is a relatively short time in the world of FI and believe I know. We've been working on this project for a while now. I was merely curious how others have responded to warranty work from them, that's all. I'm confident it will get done, just not sure when.

Cheers.

Chris

Chris, I'm in contact with Robert@Turbonetics and he is going to help you out with getting this thing in for service. Here is the PM he shot me:

Also do you know who he purchased the unit from. All of the info would help. Once I have it I'll shoot it to the Customer Service Manager.
SO shoot him a email to the address listed and he'll get you straightened out. I already let him know you bought it from FI.con

Have a good one

Nah, not really. I just let Benita woo me and then my charm took over and she couldn't deny me that RA# number.

Haha.

That was sweet of you to help out, props to you.

Thanks,

Chris
