Pt71GTSHP?

I ordered a PT76GTS and got a 71GTSHP

Anyway after some research it looks like this turbo costs more but is rated for less power.
It has a CNC'd compressor wheel which is why it costs more.

Does anyone have any info on this turbo for me?? Goods/bads

Will the CNC'd wheel make it spool faster or anything like that?

I can get it traded in for the 76gts if it would be a better turbo.

Power goals will be 5-600HP with room to grow more later.

It will make less power then the 76GTS. Its only rated to 91 lbs/min versus 98lbs.min.
