Default Garrett GT28R versus T3 60 trim

Does anyone happen to know the difference between these two? They are both 60 trim 60 mm compressor wheels (~46 mm inducer). I know the GT28R is newer tech and slightly more efficient at peak, but is there a significant difference in output potential of these two?

Thanks,
Mike
