Obviously, on the dyno spool was slow, but I also had a big exhaust leak. On the street it would spool much faster. I fixed all those leaks last night, now it starts spooling at about 2700.
Awesome.....S91 spooling at 2700rpms......

A company called OFI makes a kit that works with the S-series units. Speak to them about the kit and we provide the turbocharger.

I almost thought the 91 would be too big, but it spools smooth and I have no traction problems yet ( from a roll at least ). I can brake spool it to about 6lbs, then it gets fun, feels like n2o.

Here is my OFI with an S91 on it, I'm just mocking it up today on my old block, Will be starting a new thread on it soon.

Out of curiosity, is that outer lip on the exhaust housing where the DP attaches normal compared to others? seems like it sticks out kinda far.

It can, I'm not though.

Looks like I might have to machine it down.

OH SNAP. The headers on my car are actually OFI. It took some modification to make them work with what I was doing, but with a welder, anything is possible.
