Default 5inch down pipes

What are you guys doing with them? Do you just dump them before the k member? I was thinking about running it out the bumper maybe out in front of the front tire. How many of you dump it on the ground before the kmember? Pics would be great thanks

What are you having trouble with?
Would you like to come out the back of your car?
Is this going to be a street legal car, if it is i would have it go from a 5" downpipe to a reducer to a 4" pipe right before the K-member and have the 4" pipe all the way back.

on mine (you can see pics in the truck manifold sticky) i was able to squeeze a 4" pipe using the bmr old style tubular k-member with poly motor mounts.
mike brown was able to squeeze a 5" DP through a bmr kmember with a custom solid motor mount. pics also in the truck manifold sticky.

you need to take some more pics of your DP through the K. I already started cutting my new K for clearencing, and I just cannot for the life of me figure out how to fit this

it is a street car but only driven maybe once a week. I am going to do a s95 or two tc76s. I think two 76s would be better for fitting purposes and my intercooler setup. I still might dump the two 3 inch down pipes. I was wondering does it make a mess under the car?

On mine we made it exit right after the k-member but the ground clearance sucks. It is also a racecar so i see absolutly NO street. I will probably have Josh Build me another downpipe after a while.

in this pic you can see how close it is to the ground.

I believe alot of sanctions require the downpipe to dump behind the front tires.

looks like a rear end out of a space shuttle lol sweet setup, good luck with the downpipe. I think the bmr "turbo" k member would give you a nice advantage for routing, but i duno if you wanna go that route jus throwing out an idea

No ****?

I was just trying to help the guy out incase he has track duty in mind. If hes building it for the street only, he probably wont need the power of that s95/twin 76's.

In my experience, racing bikes from 60 mph rolls on 29.5x10's with 920 rwhp wasnt useable.
