Not sure what his exact setup is but...
t56 5th gear, 6700rpm, 25.66 tire height, 3.42 gear = 202mph

Tial 44mm WG

Did you always have the CO2 on? If not how much of a difference we talking about?

Do like the Spec Twin Clutch????
Street car with frequent visits to the track.

Spec Twin has been my best clutch so far, holding good.

What boost controller are you using? I'm running a 7lb spring in my waste gate, and haven't had any problem turning up the boost with a EB2. Although, it took some playing with to get it where I wanted it. I actually pushed an extra lb the other night by accident. OOPS. hehe.

Very nice Chris. Get a new tranny and let her rip...cause I don't think that stock T56 will like that power very much.

No didnt hve it on it at all this YR. I will next Yr.

I had the 7lb spring in my Turbosmart 48mm WG and the least i could get was 7psi and the most was 21. Now we disconnected the bottom port on the WG after talking to JZ and i could run whatever i wanted....

I didnt start to push water until about 20 psi...... im sure i was running more timing then u. After a few passes she would push more each pass and then after a while she would even push water @ 20 psi on the dyno.....
Ill run less timing this YR on the new motor and bigger turbo.... more boost though

When ya gunna push a lil more???

Using AEM boost controller. Hooked it up right before the dyno. With the .6bar spring in the WG I was able to get 1.3bar from the controller. Told the controller it had different springs in there but it didn't make any difference, still only saw 1.3bar max.

Thanks. The T56 is the only stock part left thats held through the years. Borrowed time for sure though.

Took the bottom port off the WG. I'd hope it would make more. When would you see it open then?

How much timing were you running? I played around from 9* to 24*. From 20 to 24* I saw very little gains.

I gotta get to the track with what I've got before pushing it some more. Winter has set in here.

If it's a pure street car... why go with a T6 Race Turbo? Just curious... no disrespect intended.

Also, @ 14psi. What kind of numbers you think it's putting down on a dynojet? On a 408ci and that big of a turbo. I'm surprised you haven't hit 1000whp on 93 octane. Sorry to be a douche but i'm still trying to learn and understand.

First backpressure.....a T4 will choke plain and simple. You can make good numbers with one, but why limit the setup

Next a dynojet its typically 15% higher then a superflow or M-Dyno. 908 and do 15% correction, that will give you a approx value.

I would speculate, at 14 psi, my car would be in the 850 or so range. That's with no meth and rich as hell. Probably could squeeze a little more if I leaned it out. That's on a dynojet.

What's your setup? Because I figured a S91 on a 408 could lay down 1000whp on 93 octane. Well maybe meth too... good thinkin. haha

I have no doubt you could push it more, but I just opted on the conservative side. Why push it on cheap gas? I don't mind spending the cash for race gas when I want turn it up.

Snce when does a T6 flanged turbo define whether or not a car is a street car. The flange has nothing to do with it. Were not talking about Honda's with Turbo's smaller then what my Diesel has.........
Were talking about 408 cubes. If ya want to get right down to it.....: if he really pushes it a 91mm turbo is going to be to small.

First of all, what's with the bullshit attitude in the response.

Second, look at what I said. T6 RACE Turbo. RACE being the key word in that post.

Third, Jose from Forced Inductions first reason of the main seperation between the street setups are the fact that the S series turbos are all T6 setups. That's what he told me over the phone anyway when I asked what makes the one a Street and the other one race.

And to really break it down further. He'll reach 14psi at what... 3500-4000? I bet it's a fun car either way. But imagine making 14psi at 3000-3500? I'm sure that's a much more fun street car when you're spinng to 6000-6500.
