Dual as in sprays a LOT of meth. One nozzle doesn't always cut it.

Caliber customs did it. Just an M6 trans bracket modified a bit with a PST drive shaft.

Yea ive seen that but dam it still makes wonder, some guys dont wanna go too far with it but i understand where it would all "add" up. Its just i see alot of little things weighing ~15 lbs that in my head dont justify the weight im ADDING to the car with new stuff....thanks for reminding me of that tho

First off I had the mindset of you but as I thought about it more, there are allot of little things that add up that you wouldn't notice out of the car. Especially with a few spare minutes before you roll out to the track.

I want to keep the car full stock interior atleast for now and taking things like stereo, back seat etc out before I head to race. My current goal is to lose as much weight off the car as I am putting back into it. 6.0 iron, 4l80e, 9'' rear and turbo system. I know thats allot of weight but I've already added up reasonable weight savings that will actually result in a lesser race weight than I am right now but with my current project done.

I was at about 3800 with me in it last summer not giving a **** about anything before I raced. If I am at that this summer or even a bit less but with 750-800rwhp than I think I'll be ok! If I want more than next summer will be a complete strip down with a roll cage but don't really think that will happen. We'll see, speed is addictive!

Sorry Nintres not trying to but kinda did........... I'm done now, LOL

Just a couple small hang ups. Shortblock is done and cherry. Accidentally dropped one of my caddy lifters and a big chunk broke off. Also, my head studs drop almost flush in the block Guess I need different ones than my other 6.0 iron block.

BIIIIIIIIIGGGG thanks to the following:

--Member Elky489 for assembling and blueprinting the engine for FREE. Yes, FREE.
--Leo at Weber racing for unbelievable customer service (feedback thread coming pal!)
--Bill at FI Concepts for a killer deal on my Wiesco slugs and overnight shipping!
--And of course everyone in our little FI community here for the 1000's of hours I stare at this screen and learn so much.

More updates coming as they happen!

Made GREAT progress today.......would have finished but the Damn transmission shop didn't return two hose barb fittings for my cooling lines :diablo: Didn't realize it until it was too late to buy more. My car is definitly a street/strip/country-road warrior. Not much of a long cruise car: 3 speed, big stall, spool, 5mpg etc......

I don't hit the freeway much when I am out in this thing.....mostly cruise nights, and I take her to work here and there.

I have a big dick cam, and 96lb injectors. Definitly not seeing 13mpg on the street lol. Not to mention its hard to stay out of the throttle

I'm breaking it in with the T76gts, and swapping to the ST80 w/ meth in a couple weeks.

Injectors shouldn't affect it. I'm running 95lb/hr injectors with 72psi of pressure at idle and can get a decent idle at 14.5:1 afr. I choose to run the AFR at 13.5:1 at idle since it's much better. I do run a tiny cam though, but it pulls all the way to 7000.

What are you using for tuning? Stock ecu?

....I'm gonna leave my boys wrentchin' for a few.....break time! Jesus the DP was a bitch to finangle back in! I have the stock PCM--HP tuners 3 bar. Big cams eat a LOT of gas. 640 lift and some AFR head take a lot of fuel!

Yes Dr. Turbo....going baby to start. My tuner is 3 hours away and already had an old tune of mine save that used the T76 and this cam I switched back to. I just shipped him my ecu. If all goes well, 1 week to break in, 2 weeks or so to relocate the battery and install the meth kit and ST80.......then off to be tuned!
