The is quite few custom parts in order to sell this turbo system as a complete kit. I would have to see a lot more interest before I would consider pulling off the whole system to make up a jig.

It's hard to compare dyno numbers since Nick was not on a dynojet. I figure he has 66mm turbo chargers, so in the end, I am sure he will put down more jam.

I have twin Bosch 044 pumps. One in the Tank, one mounted externally. Both pump run off their own feed line to the rail. The Custom rails then merge at the rear and feed back to the pressure regulator. I have a set of American Standard 120lb Low Imp injectors which have been a lot easier to tune than we thought. Last but not least, I am running a big stuff 3.

The hardest part of getting the tune done has been trying to figure out this Apexi AVC-R boost controller. Right now I am working on getting the boost to ramp up a little quicker as we are only pushing 12psi upto about 5000rpm. Once we can get a full 16psi across the graph, we will start to see some serious torque increase.

We have addressed that problem before it had a chance to occur. We actually O-Ring the stock LS2 block & we have machined the head and block for a custom 9/16 Head Stud. Along with our custom copper head gasket, we have not see any problems.

Originally we had some problems with the boost controller where it shot past 20psi. The data logs show we hit about 4000rpm before letting off on the dyno and saw over 1000lb/tq. I don't think we will have any problem holding the heads down.

Awesome numbers! I'd be careful with the Apexi Boost Controller. I had two go bad and LPE had a few go bad also...that display gets so hot it's hard on internals.

EB2 is much more stable but is 10 times harder to program than an Apexi.

I am working on getting the gain to ramp the boost in quickly so we can finish up the fine tune on pump. Once that is complete, we can go back to the slow ramp for street driving. I will use the more aggressive settings.

We seem to have a boost creep problem when the controller is plugged in. I need to see if we have it hooked up wrong. I know its not the wastegates because it holds 10.5psi steady when the controller is un-plugged

Thanks for the props boys. I am sure if you follow suit, power will be more reliable in the f-body over my vette.
