2-STEP on my car???
2-STEP on my car??? i will be doing more street driving on the weekends with my car when it's done. i saw a guy named mike murrilo on streetfire with a z06 that has a 2-step.......O M G does that thing sound bad *** coming off the line.....my hole purpose would be for the wow factor....plus when a evo9 pulls up beside be and stages.....the look on his face when he hears my 2 step would be priceless....hahaha my rear mount set up wont make good boost till high rpm......
so basicly would this help my set up as well as sound cool as hell!!!!

it will help you build boost off the line so you dont lag and hit boost all of a sudden and blow your tires off... but I dunno whats goin on with the new 2 steps... I think Synergy makes them, and harlan was supposed to have his new ones made last march but I havent heard anything about it lately.
i checked out that lenginfelter LNC-001R and it looks really nice....isnt a true two step but exactly what i want.......there is only a limiter for staging.....not max rpm limiter....just need a shift light that is dialed in....

i have another question though......how does the 2 step know if you are staging or going through the gears.....if i set the stage at 4,000 i prob wouldnt ever go below that after shifting......but if i did would it take effect like the rev limiter???

You can hook it up to a push button so when you push the button its on.Or you can hook it up to the clutch pedal if you have a m6,so when the clutch is depressed all the way while staging it is active.

the synergy has a arming switch that allows it to be engaged only once per arming. and it also holds the arming for 20 to 30 sec. i think, but dont hold me to it. that way you dont have to pull up to the lights and press the buttons while your trying to stage. you can do it before you hit the lights. i had mine wired thru a clutch switch wheni had a 6-speed. then when i switched back to an automatic. i wired it in w/ my transbrake button.
