I am just an average muscle head guy that is seeking a little project to build out of the garage when money and time allows.

and when I made the comment about not looking so good, I was referring to providing pics and dyno numbers.
I think were all just try to answer your questions

Post #21, his TC76MM system made 770HP on his shop car (and its $4200), and ST80, bigger turbo, will no doubt be able to make more.

I have not heard of this guy nor do I know his reputation.. there has been countless numbers of shops that have came out with builds only to go under and leave people hanging. I dont have 5K to throw away and would like some actual results and pics of it in the car and not mocked up on an engine stand. I have cash in hand just waiting to see how this goes. Not looking so good at the moment.

I would like to see many pics of it on the car to see the clearance issues and how the exhuast is routed... Whats so hard about that????
Taken from his website:

"All turbo systems sales will require NO Deposit or Down Payment. When you purchase a Turbo system from Kentucky Turbo and Performance it will be promptly shipped after payment is received. No waiting months for a kit to arrive."

Cant help with pics but results, well. 370 + KYTP 76MM Kit @15PSI = 770HP!

I really have to get the website updated. All setup are built to order. It keeps cost down and the work load manageable. I no longer keep thousands of dollars of inventory on house to make interst payments on. I take all build one at a time. That way I can accompdate every customers build as needed. Does this practice cost me some sales? Yes. But it has kept me open and successful for a long time. Build times usually range from 4-6 weeks depending on component availability. I keep my customers informed and always offer options if an issue arrises. Customer service is what keeps the shop open. I treat every build as of it was my own.

It just how I run my business.

Josh is a Man of his word,

He took on the task of building me a killer one off setup WITHOUT having my car there since i am in california. The Setup Fit amazingly well. I didn't get pics of it in the car before i tore it down for final assembly.

When he says he is going to deliver he delivers, keeps his customers updated sometimes 2-3 times a week and provided me with pictures as the work progressed. I can see many more great systems coming out of his shop.

Update.

My car is out of the Body shop. The B.W./Air Werks S480 80mm T6 is on its way to me. My Forged 347 Boost ready motor is at the shop sitting beside my 4L80E and Moser 12 bolt. I have part rolling in daily. I will be plugging away on the car between the turbo shop and customer builds and never ending 12hr shift's at the plant. I am setting this car up to serve as the rolling test bed for the ST series setup.

This is gonna be my daily driver. So I am gonna make sure it is all the way I want it before rushing anything. All I want is 800rwhp, OD, Heat, Gauges, and a radio. All the rest I can live with out.

I will get some pics of what I have so far as everything shows up.

Hey this Shop seems to be top notch. I'm not in the market for a turbo but the way you handled this thread can only help you and your business. Good luck to you. Sounds like a killer deal/setup

UPDATE:

The ST80 Setup is wrapped up and on its way to the customer.

I have the S91 ready for the cold side:

The above kit I will not make again. I charged under half what needed becuse I screwed up.

I still have 1 ST80 setup to do and 3 T4 setups to complete. I am beyond slammed. Cash flow is nill. It's the breaks.

As of right now I am looking to get caught up and focus on my T4 builds. All others will be quoted on a case by case basis.

looks awesome Josh
ever think of doing that with the C6 manifold on the passenger side so you dont have all that time into the headers and would keep the AC for your customers?

I wont take all the credit on the headers. I bought them and the cross over and made changes to both to fit my needs. They are a one off set. I personaly would do them different.

I have a set of C6 maifolds at the shop. Just have alot rolling and no time.
