Wow what a freakin heart ache man, I hope you got this thing together and and at least got to have it tuned on a low setting to drive it somewhat.

me too.. it is the same turbo I am thinking of going with.. I think I read earlier in the thread from Forced Inductions they were working on a bb edition and the race cover would add an extra 100rwhp.. pretty good increase for sure!

Car made 620hp a few nights ago on pump gas and 10 pounds. I called that a day. and poured in 118 and just on 18 pounds it made a substantial amount more power. Should be fun when the tuning continues up to 25+'ish psi.

That's about all I have for now, Kinda happy it's back together. It's been a long ****ing time.

more
Don't mind the fuel pressure gauge, either autometers are junk or there's a loose ground somewhere or something. Not at the top of the priority list right now though...

Dart heads of some sort, I think they say Pro1 on them. It's honestly been so long I don't even remember anymore

I work at a detail shop. when the car is finished I will take most of it back apart and clean every square inch. trust me I know the headlights look nasty these days. They need some 2000 grit before the wheel/compound

Just using the Big Stuff to control boost. So far it's working kinda good.

I seem to update this every once in a while when things start looking happy again. aluminum blocks can suck my nuts, they kept cracking at the motor mounts (I guess I'm at the point that it needs motor plates but a cheap college student as I can't afford that nor do I care to make another huge project) So that 5.7 broke and I threw an iron 5.3 in it. All is well now and the trans shifts correctly (Coan sent me the wrong valve body from the beginning and it's been binding and 2nd hasn't worked correctly) the car is back down to 10# and pump gas so I can just enjoy it a little. I'm a bit nervous to crank it back up to 20# as that always got me into trouble before

Anywho, got the wheels/tires swapped out on the car and the bumper cover back on (it still needs alignment as everything is no where close since it was all disassembled from paint some years ago)

The trans needs one final refresh (the old incorrect valve body kept burning up clutches but I didn't feel like replacing them again until the actual issue was solved and now it is, so new clutches and steels will be thrown in within a week)
A ton of cleaning is still needed and yes I have a brand new windshield sitting at work that needs to go in still...
Testing the trans yesterday on 10 pounds, thank god it all works again!

How's the single puller on half the radiator working out for you?

seems to be working fine. on the dyno after like 4 or 5 pulls it would get up to 200 or just over but would settle right back down. I think i'll end up cutting the front bumper open like everyone else does.. The radiator being a dual pass makes it more efficient to my understanding, and I forget what fan it is, but it was the highest rated CFM I could find.

Have you done any extended driving in 90*+ air? I'm just curious if one single puller like that works better than the 2 pushers. Mine runs at 214ish on a hot Florida day with a 180 stat with the Flex-a-lite pushers. I am getting ready to build a bracket similar to what you have holding up your IC in order to move my IC further up and forward with the hopes of getting more airflow up from the air dam.
