Road to Recovery (many pics) Well, as many of you know the end of last season was a bit of a roller coaster for the Red Rocket and the Stenod Racing team. We went from a race ready car to a wall stricken mess:
From there we put humpty dumpty back together in a couple days. The results were not pretty but impressive none the less:
So what updates are in store for the Red Rocket? The first thing in line is to try and fix the beat up body. For starters we took the car back apart all the way down to the bare chassis:
From this point we decided to upgrade to a Joe Van O Ultra Lite carbon hood:
Next step we put the Red Rocket in the hands of Todd Reiter from Reiter Metal Craft for the body work and paint:
As progress unfolds I will keep the updates comming; from paint completion, chassis updates, engine and powertrain to final assembly.
