Cams and Blowers

So I've been educating myself w/ cam specs 'n such - I can read a cam card and it makes sense to me, but for blowers in particular I don't know what a cam that is geared for a blower would be.

How is LSA factored in on a boosted application vs one that is not?

What would your idea be of an ideal "blower cam"?

Any other advice as well that will help me further understand how a blower effects the way a cam needs be ground for maximum effectiveness, please educate me, I'm trying hard to thoroughly understand this.
