Default D1sc questions

Will a stock bottom end take 8psi D1sc with intercooler?
Is keying crank necessary?
Is it possible to get pulleys to reduce PSI on D1sc till I can get built bottom end done later?

use the search button lot of good info .

stock bottom end can hold 8 lbs but you'll need a fuel pump, injectors and a really good tune to ensure that you don't blow up. You won't need to key the crank.
yes you can get pulleys to lower the crank. Talk to the guys at ATI.
G luck

No problems here, with free flowing exhaust and intake mods you'll only see around 4-6#'s so it'll take it.

I have free flowing exhaust manifolds, but what inlet modifications do you suggest?

I want the D1-sc so I can use higher boost later when heads & cam & bottom end are done, rather than P1sc.

I also want to use a larger single intercooler, any suggestions where I can get that made??

What of Rod bolts - will those be OK at that boost?

Thanks for help
