As for your timing, and AFR, that depends on who you talk to and what kind of a car you want. If you want max power, but on the dangerous side, then 12-12.5 maybe good for you. Personally I wouldn't run with anything leaner than a 11.5 on a FI car, and going leaner will only give you a few more HP in the big sceme of things for a sacrifice of the longevity, and safety of your engine. Timing will depend on your setup, but I would say 18 degrees on a mostly stock LS1 would be pretty good.
As for your power levels, 443 on a mustang dyno with 8#'s of boost sounds about right. When you get the appropriate amount fuel to the right sized injectors and aren't so lean, and adding a few degrees of timing might help you break the 455 RWHP (mustang dyno) mark. This is really all just guessing though man. Make it run right, and safe, then just be happy what it does and don't press your luck (especially on a stock bottom ended LS1).
