almost forgot, and when i took it there the trans felt fine, but now if i punch it at 65 it will grab second and seem like it slips a lil then pulls hard up to 6k then bounces of the rev limiter, shifts into 3rd and just sticks!!! at 3 grand i have to left off it and get back in it to go faster, maybe weak torque converter??? or just too much pwr and TQ for trans???

I agree, stock pump is not sufficient. Throw a Walbro 255 litre pump http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com....html?item=777 in the tank and you will have enough fuel. You should have 58 to 60 psi at idle, then it should only come down to around 54 psi at wot.
I'd first have your tuner adjust the shift points on your transmission. Bob

After about 420 RWHP, the stock LS1 fuel pump, usually is just not enough. I'd add a Walbro as mentioned above.

As for your timing, and AFR, that depends on who you talk to and what kind of a car you want. If you want max power, but on the dangerous side, then 12-12.5 maybe good for you. Personally I wouldn't run with anything leaner than a 11.5 on a FI car, and going leaner will only give you a few more HP in the big sceme of things for a sacrifice of the longevity, and safety of your engine. Timing will depend on your setup, but I would say 18 degrees on a mostly stock LS1 would be pretty good.

As for your power levels, 443 on a mustang dyno with 8#'s of boost sounds about right. When you get the appropriate amount fuel to the right sized injectors and aren't so lean, and adding a few degrees of timing might help you break the 455 RWHP (mustang dyno) mark. This is really all just guessing though man. Make it run right, and safe, then just be happy what it does and don't press your luck (especially on a stock bottom ended LS1).

11.5/1 at wide open throttle in the upper rpm bad and 18 degrees of timing. 8 psi normally gives us 140 rwhp. Bob
