These are the 3.3 (W200AX) dimensions. I believe I have the space to mount it flat off the passenger side of my motor. If I have to, I can lay it on its side like the dragonrace.com setup, but you lose the functionality of the oil level site gauge when you do that.

Oh, and I'm running 1 3/4" longtubes (Hedman Husler Race) and a true dual 3" exhaust. I may upgrade the headers later but plan on using them for now, since my current layout was designed with them in mind and I did a bunch of mods for clearance.
