350 vs. 383 LT1?
383 over 350 for potential power. You won't really see that much extra HP, but you'll notice a bit more torque than you would with the 350. Should compliment a turbo nicely either way as long as the motor is built.
FWIW, and I know this is going to be off topic from the get-go, but I would advise against the rear-mounts. The front mount Turbo's are much more effeciant and power making capable, and guys usually have a TON less issues with them compared to the rear mounts.
