Ricky, check the wire coming out the back of the alt. It's easy to pull from the connector pin when putting the engine in. Easy enough to fix too..... doesn't require a whole new alternator

Yep, easy fix. You can get a new tail from a GM parts dealer, its a solder/crimp on tail to fix it.
I don't know if you've thought about it or not, but if Bluecat could squeeze you into his schedule then it would probably save you a lot of time getting to EPP and it would be a bad *** tune... Not saying EPP doesn't tune bad *** because I have no experience with them yet, but Bluecat is basically local and everyone on KYHP swears by him, including me.

i have talked to him and he said there is no way to get me in before the shoot out, pluse iv got just about everything on my cat from EPP, but if thing dont work out im going to do what every i have to do to get to runn this shoot out thanks for the advice

thanks man, Epp has been great to me hell even when i was in iraq they helped me so much!! bob even went as far as paying for most of the shipping to hawaii for me and i cant even tell you how many time s i have had to call and ask silly questions, hell they might even open there shop on a sat to tune my car!!! great grop of guys
