getting very close! Had one set back which i finished yesterday. I had to clock the compressor housing on the pass side to get the turbo outlet to fit in the K-member. What a Bitch! Well when compressing the snap ring, the snap ring came off. No way i could get it back on in the car so i had to remove the turbo. No way i was dropping my K again so i got creative..... Unbolted the manifolds and it dropped the assembly a bit enough for me to get the comp cover out of there, then with that gone it allowed enough room to remove the entire assembly out the bottom. I reclocked the turbo and installed the snap ring on the turbo then out of the car. Went to reinstall but with the comp cover back on, it wouldnt slide back up. So i removed the DP assembly and the turbo/manifold slid up and i bolted the manifold up. Then i mounted the DP to the turbo and i back in business without dropping the K! So today i finish running my lines and bolt up my AC and alt and go over small things. I'll get more pics up tonight!

So wouldn't it be easier to hold the bmr crossmember in place and then see if it had clearance before bolting it up to make this easier?

I use a tranny jack under the oil pan to hold my engine up. I think if I ever need to chang my o2's I would hold the engine up with that take out the bolts holding the K member in and lower it until I had room. I just did mine on the floor like yours with jack stands and its a whole lot easier than takeing the manifolds off. Should line right back up pretty easy, leave the motor mounts hooked up and just drop it a little.

haha, thanks Eric! Its close man. The APS kit is 100% complete now. The engine is complete. Just need to run some boost referencing lines, set up the PCV lines and mount catch can, mount tranny cooler in new location, install alternator and AC and figure out how to re-connect the steering shaft.... any tips here? Would it be easiest to unbolt the rack from the K?

Thats funny Datzneat, i appreciate the kind words!

Who ended up doing your trans? I've had nothing but troubles with these 4L60e's.

Is it ready to go on the rollers? Looks great!!!

There's no oil return pump on the APS F body twin turbo system as the turbos are positioned for gravity drain.

Mike Ridings did it. He is very confident in it and gave me a warranty on anything to back up his word. So we shall see how it holds up.

It is completed now. All thats left is to go over everything, make sure everythings tight, attach a few grounds, add fluids, and pray she works

W2W called me yesterday and told me they had a cancellation at the end of the week so if i dont run into any more issues, it might be on the rollers REAL soon!
