Default Choosing turbos for twin set up?

Is there a different kind of consumption chart for choosing twins? I am just getting in to the whole FI thing and am trying to figure out what turbos I would need for my 370. I understand how you use it to pick a single but not twins.

I have done some searching just havent found much on 370's.

Thank you for any help.

Work out your power goals.............from there you can chose a turbo based on mass air flow at a given pressure ratio. General rule of is that 1 lb per minute mass air flow will support up to 10 HP on an efficient engine. EG, if a turbo has say 60 lbs per minute mass air flow at 10 PSI then that's sufficient mass air flow for around 600 Horse Power.

Hope that helps,

Peter

Well Ive got a 408 on the bottle that makes 849 rwhp on the bottle and I want to be able to walk away from it with my new project. In other words 900+ at the tire. I was thinking a couple of t61's but not to sure yet.

Depending on your drivetrain setup, T4 61mm BB sound about right.

Precision 6176 with a .58+ exhaust housing would be a good starting point. Incredible spool while keeping the power up top.

i had twin 61 mm ( gtk 550) , with stg 5 turbine wheels and .82 a/r single entry..

they stopped flowing air at around 6400 rpm @ 30 + psi boost on a 355 cube engine

went .25 seconds quickeroff the trailer , from the older twin 57 mm turbonetics on the same engine, same cam, same car, came converter.
