actually that has turned out to be a problem, not our machine (yes laser) but our material.. the scrap 3/8" turned out to be 1/2" stainless doh! so i gotta source some of what i need before I can cut.

its either that or build from 1/4" which i do have..probably a reason why thats not a popular choice

no no, that was all fine, i didnt move the holes in relation to each other... call it height of the flange if you will..

yeah the centerholes are too far appart, it happened when i drew it in autocad.. i mirrored arround a wrong line and didnt make a 1:1 plot just to check... so i have stainless reminders to double check
anyway glad i sent you the right file atleast LOL

cant wait to see the header you are building
